Angel Wedge

This confused me for a moment; as I'm watching an excessive number of people react to Buffy, but most of them are on s1/s2, so wouldn't be rewatching this. Took me a while to realise I'd followed you for Leverage and Alias, and hadn't yet noticed Buffy on your feed.

What reactors are you currently watching that are just starting if you don't mind me asking? One I follow is ending and one is mid series. I took a long break from Buffy/Angel reactors for a while.

I think The Replacement is my favorite Xander episode but it rotates with this one so it's a good pick in sad circumstances (I feel so terrible for his twin Kelly, too.) I met Nicholas at a Con while s7 was coming to an end and before the Con he was eating at the hotel and taking pictures and talking with fans even after someone (I'm assuming a manager or something) told him that might make less people pay for pictures at the actual Con and he didn't mind. He was actually the first cast member I ever met and was very nice . I know he had his struggles and they came out in terrible ways and I'm not negating that just sharing my story. This is a good episode for Xander it showed how despite his insecurities he pushes them aside when the chips are down going back to really the first episode when he followed Buffy to try to save Jesse because he just couldn't sit around if a friend was in need. He took the things that happened to all his friends very personally, probably because they were the only ones to care about him given his home life. The Faith scene is hard to watch knowing what she does to him in a few episodes from this one, and it's always bothered me how any trauma Xander may have had from it was never given time (Xander's traumatic parts of his life never really getting proper air time and/or treated as a joke is one of my bigger gripes about the show.) On to something a little lighter the way the episode pokes fun at the Bangel drama, complete with dramatic music cues is still funny . This was a very nice idea to rewatch. It's absolutely crazy that almost a year ago Michelle passed and now Nicholas. It's been decades for Glenn Quinn and Andy Hallet. May they all be at peace as their legacies hopefully continue to reach new generations.
