Rhaenyra fucked up with Ulf. All she had to do was meet him where he was at, maybe supply a small contingent of guardsman when he wanted to go to town, but she has such little understanding of the needs of the small folk, and she seems so concerned with the song of ice and fire, to the detriment of all else. I swear, the knowledge of the song of ice and fire has done nothing but kill the Targaryens who possess it, and therefore cannot seem to help becoming obsessed with it.
