Depends on what you mean by "real DG" in this context. If what you're intending by that is that Cerene and Lanessa are what amounts to "baseline DG by default" like Sayako, then according to what miro has said publicly (here and there), Sayako and Lanessa have DG only models, meaning there are no G model versions of their characters. In that respect, Sayako and Lanessa are "permanent full package futa" characters, with cock, balls and pussy at all times. @IBT I may be misreading your post but the examples you give all take "out-of-universe" information to determine an "in-universe" explanation.
