Here's an easy rule of thumb for "how much" bulge to show. If the bulge "rises" above the surrounding flesh by more than HALF the diameter of the phallic object being inserted into that flesh ... you're doing it WRONG.

I think you misspelled "sternum" there. The simple fact of the matter is that the cocks miro uses (except for Tristan's) are so long that they HAVE TO go beyond the navel in the abdomen at full insertion ... otherwise they need to "curl up onto themselves" in order to not go that deep. I would honestly argue that the belly bulging ought to start about midway between the top of the pubic bone of the pelvis region and the navel at the "center" of the abdomen. The belly bulge should SLIDE ALONG the abdominal wall (on the inside) rather than simply PUSH OUT (and keep pushing with no resistance) like miro keeps doing. That way, when animated, it looks like the penis is piston pumping up/down from below(!), rather than pushing outwards from behind(!) like there's some kind of baseball bat being shoved through the woman's spine between her kidneys. It's a question of orientation of the direction of the belly bulge, as well as the abdominal wall "resisting" that pressure in a way that "redirects" the penetrating penis to *slide along* the abdominal wall (distending it slightly) rather than the abdominal wall yielding "utterly" to the invading penis without offering any reciprocal pressure/resistance and just wrapping around the projection like Saran Wrap™ or some kind of fleshy colored aluminium foil. It's a real shame that the only time Arielle looks like she's getting any kind of enjoyment or pleasure out of any of this set is in 1.28 and 1.31.
