It took me maybe a week to learn how to read Hangul but to be decent in Korean (in terms of listening and speaking), it might be best to learn 10 words a day + a verb ending. I think you’ve said you speak another language other than English so it may be easier for you to grasp but I’ve been studying Korean inconsistency for years and I still struggle to formulate my own sentences because of the grammar rules! Watching shows/korean youtube channels, listening to podcasts, and using apps have really helped me. Also, I’ve noticed that Cortis talk pretty slowly (sometimes not so clearly) so they can help with listening skills!
