honestly if the protests were about wanting clarity then i would be completely behind them but instead theyre saying "put heeseung back in enhypen" but did anyone ask the poor guy what HE actually wants, and so far the only thing he has said in his letter is that he has other aspirations which i completely respect. im a firm believer that they knew he was leaving for a couple weeks at the least but what prompted it to come out so suddenly is the only mystery in this case, also a lot of what user enhaa_ is saying is misinformation from tiktok, no the members have not asked to support ot7 content and no theyre not banning them from mentionning him, these are all speculations and misinformation, all the members have made clear is that all they want is reassurance, if the situation was as shady as people are making it seem then the members wouldnt act like that, jay for example reassuring his fan that he would never put them in a bad situation and telling them that he isnt going anywhere as well as the other members telling engenes to look forward to the future, none of this suggests anything shady, it all makes it clear that it really was his choice even tho the timing of the announcement is still a mystery. also thank you for giving us a space to discuss this i always appreciate your view on things.

enhaa_❤️

senior pls do not boycot 🙏, that will just hurt them more. although some people believe differently, the whole thing still is weird, does not seem like they knew anything weeks ago at all. something has happened, i think the protest is fine as it does pressure belift to come out with an explanation, and the members have not mentioned him, people are trying to say jay is being shady or smth but hes literally trying to reassure the fans that he wont make them upset. personally i will still be watchign content even if it hurts, if this ever comes out that it was heeseungs decision it will hurt too much to know we boycotted for a bad reason. even tho it rlly doesnt seem like for most engenes right now, boycotting wont be doing a favour. ❤️

enhaa_❤️

however to think anything going on here is normal is quite naive

enhaa_❤️

if they were allowed to mention heeseungs name they would have by now, this is enhypen we r talking about, the ones that always admire heeseung.

Polly

Im also okay rn about watching enhypen content while still waiting for any update from Heeseung 🥺 Im so worried about him and I really hope that everything that he truly wanted and EXACTLY how he wanted to pursue his solo career will come true no matter what is it But seeing this https://x.com/yoizlaya/status/2032619850279891048?s=46. someone really expect us to just move on?

Niah News

Sorry, but in situations as big as this it’s not crazy to think they’re not allowed to mention Heeseung at all, since they could get in trouble with the company for talking about it. Ever since the whole thing came out the members haven’t spoken about him once. They were being very vague during the fancalls because they needed to. You can tell they wanted to say more just from the restrictive answers they were giving back and body language, we also have to remember they don’t have a voice in this situation thats why fans are acting the way they are. It’s not wrong to make educated guesses or have speculations based on what you see/notice…especially given the past history with the label

enhaa_❤️

yes, the biggest issue here is that this is belift and the many things theyve done in thr past is very concerning

Elle

if he really wanted to LEAVE, he would’ve waited till they finished their remaining schedules 🤷🏻‍♀️ do u even know how shitty that company is?

Polly

The way Ni-ki was practically raised by his hyungs 🥹😭😭 He himself said many times that Heeseung feels like the father of the group They all debuted at such a young age and grew up together while going through a lot of hate, pressure, and even poor treatment from the company and yet they still managed to achieve so much together… Bonds built like that don’t just disappear overnight, which is why it’s so hard for many fans to believe things could end like this so suddenly just look at this and it was 3 months ago https://x.com/miyumkii/status/2032542826945446370?s=46

1)… https://x.com/ilovjakez/status/2032403311895437812?s=46 2)And this youtube video was when they announced about their participation in a Melbourne festival and tbh Heeseung and all the members do look kinda sad 🥹 And if they already knew about it at that time then its so evil for making Heeseung do this knowing he wont be there 😫 https://youtu.be/UuIzWoqmnUI?is=bFWjZQRk1bZnxytK or this https://youtu.be/-HbhwIi10i8?is=KVWbeZ63KO6q6iEI 3) Jay and Jake on the interview https://youtu.be/5tBxrsnOivQ?is=-bNmhMbQA2LKTSdw 4) I cant even imagine them sitting separately at the awards shows… it would be sooo awkward https://x.com/midnikeu/status/2032374108432801825?s=46 5) Heeseung’s letter just 4 month ago https://x.com/en_a2be/status/1994957276453769604?s=46 6) family https://x.com/heesojkitty/status/2032572886309892130?s=46

Another potential reason I’ve seen online is that recently Enhypen has been leaning more toward darker, heavier-hitting concepts, especially with their most recent release Knife and the darker direction their music has been taking. At the end of the day, Heeseung is a vocalist, and that seems to be what he enjoys the most. In these more recent songs, he may not have been able to get the spotlight he wants as a vocalist. He even said it himself on Lee Mujin Service that he would really like to do more R&B. I think the company may have asked the members if they wanted to continue with this musical path. The group might have mostly agreed with the darker concept, while he may have wanted more songs that lean toward a vocal or R&B style. If that were the case, the company could have offered him the chance to go solo so he could create the type of music he personally enjoys.

1:07:11 Another thing I want to add is that I’m not saying it’s bad to have theories or speculate, because this situation is honestly very fishy. But people shouldn’t treat those theories as if they’re facts. At the end of the day, we still don’t know the full story about Heeseung or what’s actually happening with Enhypen. If these theories end up being wrong and everyone has been spreading them around like the truth, I can’t even imagine how that might make Heeseung feel right now. Situations like this can affect people a lot, so it’s important to be careful with what we say and remember that we’re still just outsiders looking in.

Polly

I understand what you’re saying, and I agree that theories shouldn’t be presented as absolute facts. But this argument can be looked at from the other side too. If, as you say, none of us really knows what’s happening behind the scenes, then we also can’t rule out the possibility that this wasn’t entirely his decision. What if, for example, the company which, to be honest, hasn’t always treated Enhypen well decided to remove Heeseung from the group for some of their own reasons? The reasons could be anything, and we just don’t know. And if that were the case, wouldn’t it also be unfair if all engenes just accepted this sudden announcement like nothing happened? If fans stayed silent and moved on immediately, that could also be unjust to him… So questioning the situation and trying to understand it doesn’t automatically mean disrespect, sometimes it’s the opposite, it’s showing care and wanting to make sure he was treated fairly. And as it seems many people consider his Weverse letter the main argument for him decided to go solo himself. But again, the company would never have allowed him to post something that could have displeased them or contradicted their position. And yes, he did talk in the past about wanting to do some solo activities in the future, but at the same time, we shouldn’t forget that he also recently said that he currently wants to focus on the group. So this situation can be looked at from different angles. Honestly, arguing about this might be pointless. I just think that in situations like this, we need to respect different opinions, because none of us have the full picture. And I also don’t think it’s right to criticize fans who are just genuinely trying to seek justice for Heeseung as belift aren’t giving us any proper information even after seeing all of these confusion that it sparked and force the members to ignore the fact that they lost a member. And it is so wrong that they make the members continue the schedules normally and force a smile on fancalls, events etc. just imagine how hard it must be for them. Like let them take a break or atleast let them talk to engene, but no, we are not getting anything because only thing that belift cares about is money

Yuliia

I’ll explain. The letter wasn’t written by him. All the members, including him, found out about his departure on the same day the letter was released. Proof: 3 days ago on a fan call he said they were planning to return to Europe. Also, tickets to Austria had been bought for all 7 members; on March 10 his ticket was cancelled. If, as they said, they had been discussing his departure for a long time, they wouldn’t have even bought him a ticket, or they would have cancelled it long ago. Staff said it wasn’t Heeseung’s wish — he was forced. He was seen crying in the company hallway. All of this happened because of Bang Si-hyuk’s conference on March 10, where several more of his dirty dealings were exposed. So he didn’t find anything better than covering up his mistakes with Heeseung’s departure. But they couldn’t afford to lose such a vocalist, so they didn’t remove him completely — they just sent him to do solo activities. Think about it: he fought for the group, cried and worried since I-LAND and all these 6 years, just to leave on a random day and put the members in a difficult position? He’s not that selfish. If he wanted a solo career, he could promote as a soloist while still being in the group — that could have been his decision. Leaving the group clearly wasn’t his decision. If it had been his decision, the company would have made him wait until the contract ended, because it wouldn’t be profitable for them due to the drop in stocks after his departure before the contract expiration. But since this was the company’s decision and beneficial for them because it would cover the company’s scandals, they immediately released the letter about his departure. Think about it: no company would let such a talented artist leave at the peak of the group’s popularity. At most they would say to wait until the contracts end. If this had been his personal decision, thought out long in advance, the company would have released an announcement to warn fans. But unfortunately, even Heeseung himself only found out about it yesterday. If his departure had simply been a wish to pursue a solo career, the company would have organized a farewell live or something similar. ENHYPEN wouldn’t be crying on fan calls if they had known about Heeseung’s intentions beforehand. In an interview on March 12, Jay and Jake said that all the choreography is now being changed and they are training a lot. If they had been discussing Heeseung’s solo plans for a long time, the choreography would have been rearranged earlier. Instead, everything is being done in a rush, because they obviously only found out about it on March 10, just like we did. En-O’Clock was postponed only on March 11, even though they could have done it earlier if they had known it would be necessary, instead of dropping all the information in one day. Also, in the En-O’Clock episodes that were supposed to come out on March 12 (Thursday), Heeseung was present in all the recorded episodes. How can anyone believe that this was supposedly discussed long ago? Does anyone still have doubts? The concept of ENHYPEN was literally built on the fact that the group was meant to have 7 members — sevEN. The company would never allow an artist to leave just half a year before the contract ends, ruining the concept and the group’s stocks. It’s also worth mentioning that if Heeseung had truly wanted to go solo himself, the company would at least try to protect him from fans who want him back in the group. But since the company understands that fans aren’t stupid and have long realized that this wasn’t Heeseung’s decision and that he was forced to leave the group, they only release tiny statements repeating the same words — they simply have nothing to say in response. There are many more facts like this. From this we can conclude that this wasn’t Heeseung’s decision — the company forced him to go solo. That’s why we need to do everything we can so that he can return to the group and to the members he loves. ENGENE FIGHTING 🤧🤧❤️‍🩹

enhaa_❤️

agree with everything you said here and u said it rlly well i think the crying in hybe thing wasnt true, alot of people have been spreading some lies, like people saying jungwon posted ab smth when he didnt.

Oh..thank you fighting!!🥹🤞🏻

1:06:50 Please Senior, don't believe it. What she commented didn't make sense! She said that idols can act in front of the cameras and that maybe everything Enhypen said about wanting to stay together might be an act, that we don't know what happens behind the scenes. So she doesn't believe what the members say, but she believes a company announcement? Idols can lie, and the company doesn't? Hybe's reputation isn't good at all. And the Enhypen members have always been clearly genuine in all their content since I-land. But now, with 6 members, they don't seem genuine in their words! Because they smile at the company's command, and say everything is fine, but their eyes and gestures say otherwise. Like in those fancalls, everyone had swollen eyes, tearing up, blinking frequently, avoiding looking at the Engenes on the screen, biting their lips, hesitating before answering. They are pretending everything is fine, but their eyes, faces, and bodies tell us that everything is not fine, and we can see it. But this girl in the comment prefers to believe a company announcement. An announcement stated that Heeseung was to blame for having a different musical vision than the group, and that the decision was his. The same company that forbade the members and the Engenes from mentioning Heeseung's name. The same company that is now trying to erase Heeseung from everything. That suspended En-O'Clock because Heeseung is in the recordings. Why couldn't they post already recorded content in which he appears? Why didn't they finalize their commitments before announcing it? They announced it out of nowhere! And now they're rushing to remove him and erase him from everything! This doesn't seem like something discussed, planned and decided by mutual agreement as they said in the announcement. And why believe in a company like that and not believe in Enhypen? This girl, it seems to me, doesn't follow Enhypen like we do. And these unfounded comments hinder us, they make other people give up fighting for his return. I don't understand why these people keep complaining about us. Let us fight for what we believe in. This won't change the day of those who don't care. We need to fight while there's still time to try. If we don't try now, we won't have another opportunity to try later. And if it doesn't work out, if the company doesn't bring him back, at least they know how much they are loved! How many millions of people around the world care and fight for them. They are silenced by the company, so let us speak for them! After all, we are Engenes. We are the "engines" that let the group to grow and keep on going, right? As they said 5 years ago. So just let us fulfill our role. I continue to believe in Enhypen. And I continue fighting for the 7! After everything the 7 have shown us daily, since I-land. After witnessing all the love they have for each other. They are idols, yes, but they are also brothers! They are family! They said it and they always demonstrated it. Senior, please don't cling to comments from those who give their opinions without even knowing Enhypen. I know you don't believe they were acting. I see the love and admiration you have for the boys. Please watch this video of Heeseung at his last fansign before the announcement. With tears in his eyes, he was looking at the face of each Engene there, as if he wanted to memorize that moment... https://www.instagram.com/reel/DVtzJZBEwYB/?igsh=ZmJ0Y2c2NjAxanp4

LOUDERRR! real engenes know how genuine and sincere they are. they’ve never been the type to act fake or put on a persona just for the camera. i’ve been a kpop fan for 14 years now, and honestly, enha is one of the few groups that really feels like what you see is what you get. of course none of us know them personally, but the way they speak and act on camera always comes off very natural. they don’t force jokes or try too hard to be “the funny group” — they’re just straightforward and honest. so i really don’t get that girl’s comment either. It’s pretty obvious she doesn’t actually watch their content at all. she speaks confidently without even knowing the group, just dumb and ignorant

Star

Guys, first of all, let’s not attack people. Everyone has different opinions and we should respect that. Calling me dumb or ignorant isn’t helping anything, it’s only putting out more hate. You don’t have to agree with my point, but you also don’t get to disregard it. And I never said I believed the company. I even said myself that the situation seems fishy and that I don’t fully trust it. It’s clear that some of you missed the main point of my comment. I wasn’t trying to put down anyone’s ideas or say you’re wrong for thinking the way you do. You all bring up strong points. What I was trying to say is that we still don’t actually know what happened. Is there a chance it’s the company’s fault? Yes. Is there a chance it was his decision? Also yes. None of us can be completely sure right now. Of course you’re all entitled to your opinions just like I am. And just because I take a different stance on this situation doesn’t make me any less of an Engene. It just means I’m someone who can sometimes put aside my admiration for someone and think about things realistically. And when I say that the way idols present themselves can be fake, I still stand by that. It’s not hate, it’s just the truth that we don’t actually know these people.

Star

I don’t know if you’re new to this community or not, but if you are, one thing to note is that we try to resolve things like adults here. We don’t resort to harsh words when we disagree.

Zo

FR, they must be new to this community 😭 I’m not an Engene, so I’ve just been observing this chaos from afar, but I’m so confused as to why they’re bashing you just for having an opinion (a reasonable one at that). There’s a respectful way to address a comment you disagree with, and then there’s the approach they took… LMAO. I understand this is an emotional time for Engenes, but all I know is this community, along with Star, has always been very mature and kind even when people have differing opinions. These new members need to learn some manners.

Elle

i apologize for saying “dumb and ignorant.” that was out of frustration, and i shouldn’t have worded it that way. at the end of the day, none of us really know the full reason why heeseung left, so spreading negative assumptions doesn’t really help the situation. if someone doesn’t have anything constructive to add, it’s honestly better not to add more negativity to it. engenes are already trying to process everything, and comments like that just make things worse instead of helping and fighting for heeseung.

Star

I definitely agree with a lot of what Enha has said

Jess.engeneot7

Ok, let's go. First of all, I didn't offend anyone. I said that your comment didn't make sense. And it really didn't make any sense at all. And I explained all the reasons why. Secondly, I don't agree with insults, but I understand Elle's reaction. She's mad! And I'm mad too! And I'll explain why. You two are saying that we Engenes resort to harsh words and that we're bashing you. But you did it first, we're just reacting. In the comment before yours, Sara's, she said that we Engenes are being very dramatic and that we aren't respecting Heeseung. Those are harsh words. So you replied to her comment agreeing with her, and said: "And again, we don't know theses people. Unfortunately,  no matter how much he has said he wants the group to stay together or how positive he seems on camera, you have to remember that he is on camera." You just said that the man we love, the man we're fighting for, might be a liar. That's harsh! And now I ask: why? Why say these things to someone who is already sad and suffering enough? Engenes are suffering! And when someone is suffering, the best thing to do is comfort them, or help them, or give them space. I don't know which group you stan, but if you were going through such a difficult time with the group, I wouldn't go to you to say things like "you're dramatic," "you're disrespectful," "you're wrong," "you don't know anything about what's happening," "your idol might be a liar." I wouldn't do that to you. But you and other people on the internet keep saying things like that to us Engenes. This doesn't help us. And it pushes away people who might want to help us. Have you thought about that? That people might read your comments and decide not to join us in this fight for them. Since that damned announcement, we haven't slept well, we haven't eaten well, we haven't had any free time, we haven't had a moment to clear our heads. We're trying to get people to help. We're gathering information, spreading information, forming groups, organizing protests, creating petitions, voting and hashtags, making donations, putting together projects and banners, contacting people... just let us do our thing. If any of you want to help, we'd be very grateful, but if you can't help, please don't get in the way. Let us fight for our Enhypen. Just let us try. And Senior, I'm so sorry about this. I apologize for being caught in the middle of this mess in your comments. Since the announcement, I've been having anxiety attacks. It's been difficult days. Anyway, I'm sorry. If you'd prefer I leave your Patreon, I'd understand. I admire and respect you. I'm here because I love watching Enhypen with you. I feel like I'm watching them with a friend, haha. I wish I had told you this before all this mess.

Polly

So now they released another reason to protest Them basically saying in the new statement that if a member wants to pursue a solo activity they just gonna kick him out cause theres no way for them to do this while still being in the group because of the EXTREMELY PACKED schedules 🤦‍♀️ So Belift literally admitting it themselves that they knew that Enhypen’s schedule is insane. Fans have been screaming about it for YEARS, asking for even a little rest for the members and they’ve been always ignoring it and now they are using this argument against us and what? expect us to understand? Even when a member just wants to do solo stuff and unlike other idols who can do it without any issues their only “option” is to leave the group And instead of giving them a hiatus or easing the schedule to pursue their solo activity, they of course went with the easiest, most profitable move - suggesting him to leave. Instead of respecting the genuine desire of their artists to grow creatively, they’d rather keep milking them for money, maintaining this exhausting schedule and constantly sending them on tours. Like… seriously, fuck Belift. 😭💀 https://x.com/lhsmoncheri/status/2033125736287031723?s=46 https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGduue8GW/ https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGduHeDYc/ https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGduHKTJ4/
