5:50 i think that video mostly has outside staff. What i mean is that award show staff, music shows staff, mv production crew, variety shows staff and dancers which all these they see from time to time you know when they have events like that they meet again. And some inside staff like managers, hairstylists, designers, bodyguards and other internal crew that works closely with them daily. I think the problem is like you said with the higher up internal staff like executive producers and stuff. The people who manage their schedule and plan it like that for example. The people who made it so exhausting and cause members to be overworked. Or people who make the decisions for things.

Also some of those hybe internal staff who’s not higher up might be a bad person too you know. Like smile at your face and talk behind your back type of. Think of it like workplace bullying. Not because you did anything wrong but they just chose to hate you for no reason. For example the one who lied to ILLIT about what Niki had said and spread false rumors. Or some main managers. or the ones who badmouth newjeans in groupchats.
