So, I don't talk about it a lot, but I get a LOT of headaches. Like, one every other day. It comes almost exclusively from me looking at screens- So if I'm outside talking to people i have no issues at all, but the second I get home to start working I will gradually get a headache that turns into a head-splitting mega-migraine.

I went to the doctor for it and all came back good. I don't have any weirdo brain cancers or concussions or whatever. My health was exceptionally perfect- Which I was disappointed by in a weird way, because I really wanted to identify wtf is giving me the headaches.

Over time I managed to identify one cause of my head pain- teeth grinding. I guess I'm not really aware when I'm doing it, but my jaws do kinda ache when I wake up. I bought a night guard to deal with it, and that stopped my headaches at night thankfully... But the thing is this is a NEW phenomenon, so I have no idea why it's popping up out of nowhere. I would really like to go back to pre-teeth grinding lmao.

Today I walked by my local dentist and made an appointment. He says it might be related to my teeth moving out of position because I had double-jaw surgery in the past, and I might need to get a new retainer. I have an old one that got mega-warped over time (its 10 years old!!) and so I stopped wearing it.

Getting a new retainer sounds all good to me TBH, I know a retainer is expensive but I'm willing to pay almost anything to get rid of my headaches lmao. They've gotten so bad recently I can't even work, I just lay there in pain :(

This is also the secret reason why I stopped streaming, I got headaches literally every session and had to just act normal through the strain. OTL

Anyway, prayerhands that a new retainer can fix the issue!:D

I hope the retainer works! Take care of yourself! :)
