OKEE UPDATES UPDATES UPDATES UHH

My work the past two months has consisted, basically, every day:

-1 chibi

-20 webtoon panels

-5 publishing book redraws

-unannounced thing

This of course doesnt count the calls and "extracurricular" work i have to do like taxes, going to the doctor (im still sick, its getting worrying LOL), drawing refs, working on unannounced projects, dealing with stupid legal garbage, etc.... ALSO I DONT TAKE WEEKENDS

Also, speaking of reference sheets, those actually take TONS of time. People tend to treat these as a baseline for your comic, which like YEA, having a ref sheet is good... But it takes an ENTIRE DAY to make one. So, for the new season, I have to do like 15 ref sheets because so many characters are being redesigned, new characters, etc. thats half a month!!! WTF!!!! Thats two chapters of webtoon!! DIES

Ive also gone to two cons these past two months and that eats up a full week, and I even work at the con on my ipad XD TORTURE

Of course I like doing all this stuff so thats cool but also I have other things i want to do like go outside (lol) and also try to work on fun fandom merch and maybe finally play some video games. Im so excited for the new zelda, but I'm sad I probably wont have time to play it for a few months :(

anyway, when I DO have time, i'm probably going to move blog posts to a monthly newsletter! I want to get my email list on my website set up super fancy, because the slow death of twitter has really taught me how important a mailing list is. The only problem is mailing lists are super expensive, like, $50 a month expensive... ugh... but hopefully it'll be worth it, and it's a business expense, so!

Anyway, hope everyone is doing well! back to the ol grind...
