Questa volta ho scelto un abbigliamento che alcuni di voi hanno richiesto durante l'ultima diretta.

In questa sessione ginnastica vi faccio vedere qualche esercizio nuovo che sto facendo con la nuova scheda in palestra.

Ci sarà qualche momento in più di rallenty, come alcuni di voi avevano chiesto, visto che è piaciuta questa modalità
