Ciao amici come state?

Nonostante il caldo afoso, questo week end saremo insieme in cucina per preparare la ricetta del "Polipo alla Luciana" che ci ha suggerito Nando.

Penserete che sia una ricetta prettamente autunnale dato il piatto caldo, invece non è propriamente così perchè lo si potrà anche solo far intiepidire e servire quasi come aperitivo anche su bruschette.

Devo dire che questa volta sono contenta del risultato ottenuto e strano a dirsi, anche mangiabile nonostante io non sia una cima in cucina con il pesce ( ed in effetti non mi chiamerei la pasticciona altrimenti! LOL).

Mi darete la Stella Michelin?

Hi friends, how are you?

Despite the sweltering heat, this weekend we'll be in the kitchen together to prepare the "Octopus Luciana style" recipe that Nando suggested.

You might think it's a typical autumnal recipe given the warm dish, but that's not exactly the case, as it can also be simply warmed up and served almost as an appetizer, even on bruschetta.

I have to say that this time I'm happy with the result, and strangely enough, it's even edible, even though I'm not the best fish cook (and in fact, I wouldn't call myself a clumsy person otherwise! LOL).

Will you give me a Michelin star?
