2026-08-14 Corsica trip is started (Patreon)

Ciao amici come state?

Io finalmente sono sulla nave che mi porterà in Corsica per una settimana. Sto partendo da Marsiglia vicino al Porto Vecchio e mentre finiscono di caricare gli ultimi container, io cerco di capire dove poter salire sul ponte piu alto per godermi l'uscita dal porto ed il viaggio.

E poi devo tirare un sospiro di sollievo perchè ho rischiato di non partire in quanto non avevo ancora scaricato l'email con il biglietto, e non la si torvava più; in più mi sono accorta che dovevo partire alle 18 e non alle 23 come invece ero convinta.

Per fortuna ho fatto un veloce controllo questa mattina, altrimenti sarei arrivata in ritardo e senza poter prendere la nave.

Sono sempre la pasticciona che conoscete!

Mentre vi saluto e vi auguro un buon Ferragosto, vi dico che presto arriverà anche un piccolo resoconto del mio viaggio ad Avignone appena avrò terminato il montaggio e torneranno i collegamenti arrivati in Corsica

Hello friends, how are you?

I'm finally on the ship that will take me to Corsica for a week. I'm leaving from Marseille near the Old Port, and while they finish loading the last containers, I'm trying to figure out where I can go up to the top deck to enjoy the exit from the port and the journey.

And then I have to breathe a sigh of relief because I almost didn't leave because I hadn't yet downloaded the email with the ticket, and it couldn't be found; plus, I realized I was supposed to leave at 6:00 PM, not 11:00 PM as I was supposed to.

Luckily, I did a quick check this morning, otherwise I would have been late and without being able to catch the ship.

I'm still the bungler you know!

As I bid you farewell and wish you a happy Ferragosto, I'll also tell you that a short report of my trip to Avignon will arrive soon as I've finished assembling and the connections to Corsica return.
