Oggi mi trovo in una spiaggia tra Marina di Bravone e Linguizzetta, e mentre cerco un posto caratteristico dove mettere la maschera e le pinne per fare un pò di snorkeling, mi soffermo su un cartello che spiega come la " POSEIDONIA " , un tipo di alga protetta, non debba essere rimossa dalla spiaggia e dal fondale, in quanto sia importante per l'ossigenazione dell'acqua e del fondale, e anche quando è secca sulla spiaggia, serva a proteggere la sabbia e la spiaggia stessa.

Today I'm on a beach between Marina di Bravone and Linguizzetta, and while I'm looking for a quaint spot to put on my mask and fins for a little snorkeling, I stop at a sign explaining that "Poseidon," a protected type of seaweed, should not be removed from the beach or the seabed. It's important for oxygenating the water and the seabed, and even when it's dry on the beach, it protects the sand and the beach itself.
