2026-09-19 BACK TO THE PAST: CARPEDIEM (Patreon)

approfitto di questa settimana e week-end decisamente impegnativo, per tornare indietro negli anni;

ebbene si tanti di voi ultimamente mi hanno chiesto di ripubblicare i CARPEDIEM.

Sono passati oramai 6 anni da quando facevamo una volta al mese, un video che rimaneva solo 24 ore e poi veniva dimenticato.

E allora o deciso di ripubblicarne uno e tornando indietro nel tempo è molto interessante vedere come è cambiato il modo di fare questo progetto, ma anche come è cambiato il corpo, le rughe che si sono aggiunte, e magari vedere l'effetto che hanno fatto questi 2 anni di palestra .

Ma magari non solo, in 6 anni cambia anche la consapevolezza in se stessi, le proprie sensazioni ed emozioni, il modo di esprimersi e non per ultima anche la tecnologia, che adesso ci permette immagini più definite e di qualità.

Sopratutto è bello pensare come 6 anni fa non mi sarei immaginata di avere ancora questa bella comunità di Patreon, e come si sia riusciti anche con il vostro aiuto, di evolvere alcuni contenuti, ed inserirne di nuovi.

Nel corso degli anni qualche cosa lo abbiamo lasciato indietro ed altro è proseguito, ma è bello rivedersi a distanza di anni

Hello friends,

I'm taking advantage of this very busy week and weekend to look back over the years;

yes, many of you have been asking me to repost CARPEDIEM recently.

It's been 6 years since we made a video once a month, which was only available for 24 hours and then forgotten.

So I decided to repost one, and looking back in time, it's very interesting to see how the approach to this project has changed, but also how the body has changed, the wrinkles that have appeared, and perhaps to see the effect of these two years of training.

But maybe not only that, in 6 years, our self-awareness, our feelings and emotions, the way we express ourselves, and last but not least, technology, which now allows us to see more defined and high-quality images, have also changed.

Above all, it's nice to think that six years ago I wouldn't have imagined we'd still have this wonderful Patreon community, and how, with your help, we've managed to evolve some content and add new ones.

Over the years, we've left some things behind and others have continued, but it's nice to see each other again after so many years.
