Hello friends, today I'm going to tell you about my very busy weekend, work-wise, which unfortunately also meant we missed our usual Friday live broadcast with GRANDE CUCULO, due to preparations for the BREAD FESTIVAL. We're busy broadcasting live, while I have to follow the various cooking shows and, in my free time, go and explain the work of the bakers preparing the different types of bread and pizza, under the so-called "oven area."
And so, between the heat of the day and the decidedly cool evening air, talking into a microphone all day isn't doing much good for my throat, which was already sore and my voice was wavering in the past few days.
Two very busy days that began on Saturday the 3rd at 9:00 AM and ended at 11:00 PM with a short lunch break where I finally managed to sit down.
And today, Sunday the 4th, I wake up at 8:00 a.m. and we begin another long day that will end at 10:00 p.m. (After that, we'll have to dismantle the stands and everything else.)
I'm happy to tell you about these beautiful and interesting days, hoping that some of you will stop by for a quick hello in the squares where we are and will be. Weren't you able to make it to Savigliano?
Then you have no excuse not to come next weekend to the Ciapinabò fair in Carignano (Turin), next Saturday and Sunday.
