Ciao Miei patreon, è successa una cosa terribile... ho finito il "PROSECCO". 

Per fortuna ho ancora una damigiana da travasare e questo weekend vi porto nella mia piccola cantina per imbottigliare questo vino bianco frizzante,  tipico delle regioni Veneto / Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

 Quindi  seguitemi e faremo insieme questo ultimo passo della vinificazione.
