No, the white-haired kid never led the parents of each kid to suicide. This was before he fused with the last kid getting buried and became Evil Eye. It was always the giant "serpent" underneath each of the houses, hence the yellow glow emanating from the ground. This series has its fun moments, but it's not without its dark and sad storytelling based on real life urban legends.
