I know I said it earlier, but the 1999 version of the show is much darker, while this version is more goofy and childish. But I haven't watched this version from the start so I'll enjoy it along side you :D . But so far I think the original hits harder, the way the first examiner walked in this one looks really goofy xD. It came of more mysterious and serious in the original one

Random late comment rolling in... The reason you don't hear "Zaban City" anywhere in that line is because of Japanese language's structure. The order in which things are laid out are different but obviously the captions are played in order for us to understand.. So he actually said "Zaban City" a few lines of text later.
