I broke my 2023 resolution while I was out in California, but I still managed to draw a few things!

I was actually a creep and followed them for several blocks because they were just mesmerizing. (I forgot to add the pink Hello Kitty bag they had slung over their shoulder!)

The fashion at my cousin's wedding was truly impressive!! WE LOVED TERESA.

Nothing makes me feel like a giddy little kid like the sound of my parents downstairs catching up with extended family. It's one of my favorite feelings.

I got home on Wednesday night, so I'll share a few of the last few days' dailies soon!

Granted, STL is my airport, so I’m never more than about 4 hours nonstop from a coast, but I just cannot sleep on flights (though flight related anxiety prolly doesn’t help there, either :( )

I couldn't until I finally shelled out for a neck pillow and those "Earplanes" ear plugs. It's never a deep sleep, but it does the job!

Hmm. Maybe I’ll try getting some of those ear plugs before my next flight. I already have a neck pillow, so the hard part is remembering it for my carryon (I tend to pack it in the suitcase, for additional pillow on long distance trains that tend to be part of vacations)
