I agree. Seungil wanted to explore, but he told Mingee before even their paradise date. Telling him "I like being with you," basically agreeing that they would go to paradise again and picking someone else was not cool. Exploring is fine, but at least tell him.

Min gee is a savage lol, by talking to Su Been she targeted both Mina [She is infatuated with him] and Seung Il [definitely feeling insecure w.r.t Su Been after the bowling date and Mina kept on Saying his name, even the "noona" thing he brought up only worked on Mina when Su Been did it ]

Hmm I'm not sure it was to get back at them, she doesn't seem like a calculating person. The way I see it, she felt like she couldn't move forward with Seung Il before having restored a healthy dynamic between them so she set the records straight.
