New Monster - The Enigma Cocoon (Patreon)

"It was during the excavation of a small outpost, deep into some of the thickest areas of growth in the jungle, that workers found subject EG597, or as I like to call it, the Enigma Cocoon (EC for short). This magnificent creature was found suspended by a single large tentacle in the middle of a hollowed out ruin. This strange and mysterious creature may not seem like an obvious threat at first sight, however, what ever is growing inside has incredibly rare and dangerous psionic abilities. From shaping the environment around it, to warping the minds of those that get too close. The Enigma Cocoon is a danger to anyone who it sees as a threat, as it grows into something terrifying.

This pack includes a full lore document with information and backstory about the Cocoon, as well as a full stat block for use in your D&D games! I really enjoyed the idea of creating a monster that had no arms, claws or fangs to physically strike enemies, instead it simply uses its magic to warp things around them, like some unpredictable antagonist in a cosmic horror movie!
