This didn’t work well on me. The constant flashing of images and disjointed spiral was more distracting than anything else - at least for me. I think it’s the consistency of a swinging crystal or metronome or spiral that pulls you (me) into trance. That said, I did eventually doze off. And my worship, love and devotion to Nina is my own choice and has nothing to do with brainwashing or this video...

The instructions for today said to listen to this file and follow it’s instructions. i “zonked” right out on this file i may have even fallen asleep asleep but at the end end i didn’t find myself “doing “ anything was there a post hypnotic suggestion that i missed? The one thing i know is above all i wish to obey Goddess Nina but i don’t remember any instructions from this file.
