I am not hypnotizing you.  This is just a magic trick.  If you feel sleepy, it's because you are already drowsy and tired... because I am not hypnotizing you...

Look cute and very effective a third way thru .

For a hypnotist, Nina sure does make a lot of videos in which she's not using hypnosis on us. It's strange, though, that she titled this one 'Magic Crystals - Sleep Hypnosis' even though she said she was not trying to hypnotize us this time. Oh, well, hypnosis or no, these videos are so nice to fall asleep to anyway. So nice to fall into a deep sleep for Nina…

I watched this. It wasn’t hypnosis. It was just focused relaxation. I have insomnia because I can’t stop thinking about work after I go to bed. Nina is just very good at helping people de-stress and refocus on something else, namely her voice. Seriously, isn’t hypnosis really just focused relaxation? I have trouble with the whole idea of people being made to do things or not remembering what they’ve done. In my opinion, people who do silly things on stage are using hypnosis as the excuse for acting out.

Any crystals lying on Nina's lovely chest are automatically made magical.
