That Forever 21 rep fell for the crystal pendant trick from a Macy's employee? This is why you need to listen during orientation, people!

You tell the most captivating stories, dear Goddess! I could listen to them forever . . .

What a lucky young lady!

I'm not sure you can just hypnotize an employee like that, Nina. If I was her supervisor I'd be very concerned. I'd have a word with you about it. I do take pride in my job. Yes, I do try to make sure all customers have a good experience. Yes, it can be tiring. No, I didn't mean to make you feel unwelcome. I was just… I was just… You were just showing her your crystal? It is a pretty crystal. So easy to stare at, just as you say. I suppose it's all right to let my tired and sleepy eyes close just for a moment. Zzzz… I will be Nina's personal attendant every time she comes to this store. Making sure Nina gets the best treatment is an important part of my job.

What a nice story. What happened again?
