I'm pretty sure y'all are being sneaky and keeping the vote artificially tied. So here's a google forms version to prevent shenaniganery

NO SHENANIGANERY!!

NO SHENANIGANS POLL

Comments

Anthony Bowen

Damn don’t say we have to wait another week

Ionicawa

If only y'all could behave smh

Nekol

Well, that was right decision Voting for JJK, it waited long enough!

Lunchbox

Did we just lose a week for the bit?

TerminuS

would be cool if you dropped a short notice on YT so people are aware.

Zipzip

@JJk fans you vote for Re0, i vote for JJK when s3 is out. Sounds liek a good deal to me. Otherwise you will be stuck in Vinland s2 hell.

Dragloncon

Make sure to vote Re:Zero for long enriching discussions over a compelling story and cast, everyone!

Mini_Muni

I really hope JJK can finally be picked! For real this time

Byakkoya

It's a shame the old poll fell to japery, but perhaps a blessing as well. There's no way they can mess with this one. :D

You seem pretty sure Re0 will win, and as much as I would like that to be the case, I am doubting it a lot.

AllSettUpp

Well, JJK always be the option

Renato Concha Garrido

JJK really has a lot of potential, plot has been getting pretty good, S2 was really amazing not only in animation, so I think Teeaboo will really like the meaning of what they're trying to convey in the series

Homespuncandy

I truly just don't think Re:Zero fits the friday slot. Sure, its a great anime with some occasional fights, but that's far from the focus of the show. JJK, on the other hand, is also a great show where the fights are prominent and are treated as such within the plot.

Gus N
>>125601378

Why would that matter? Whether the show fits some arbitrary alliterative theme should have no impact on how people vote whatsoever. It can just get rescheduled to a different day, or the theme for the day can just change completely...

Kaiki Deishu

I hope Re:Zero wins. Maybe him reacting to JJK will give me a reason to continue with JJK, but Re:Zero is just better in my opinion

Mark Wise

JJK is good visually but I don't see any real in depth discussion coming out of it. ReZ I think has more meat to the story for reactions.

Undercroft

i think re:zero will have lot to talk about because it has lots of good and bad moments, lot to discuss, while jjk is just good

TheCandyMan36

I don't care how in depth the discussions can be I don't want the show with Subaru in it to win

L0ken
>>125608804

Yeah, and I'm not looking forward to LN readers explanation regarding adaptation every week. Re:zero 0 is quite uneven adaptation wise, especially season 2

October
>>125608804

It getting really stupid how every keep on wanting some long deep discussion, not everything has to be deep and people act like you cant have long discussion with jjk

Toms Toms

smh at anyone trying to keep it even

Yagi di Hoshi

If the claim that JJK offers nothing too deep is truthful, them I am looking forward to my coverage of it even more as my jumping-off point. smol babby steppies here

Juan Re

Could you explain how is it possible to keep the poll artificially tied? I genuinely thought it was pure coincidence.

k
>>125607142

ReZ is bad visually but I don't see any real depth in discussion coming out of it. JJK I think has more meat to the story for reactions.

Woodsie89

I agree, Re:Z would have more interesting discussions, but I wouldn't be there to hear them, so I'll vote for JJK

Payam Sharifi
>>125612524

You can see what's winning and change your vote however many times. Whereas with google forms you can do neither.

Payam Sharifi

I think what everyone is failing to consider is that I personally have seen JJK and not Re:Zero

Deea

I came back for the comments lol.

Stiven DF

A lot of proselytism from both sides, but they don't seem to understand that nobody cares enough about their reasons to pick one over the other as to change their minds.

Marrle

Guys, clearly MY choice is the superior one and your opinions don't matter, hence I say that you should vote for MY pick instead of YOURS because yours is BAD and mine is the only objectively correct one.

Anonymous

Re Zero s2 is so visually bad and animated so poorly i would rather he watched JJK

Sumic
>>125627427

yo dawg i don't get this claim, and spoiler warning, but the animation isn't by any means a massive step down from season 1. I noticed no major differences, and even a fight scene that impressed me around halfway through. It's also just not necessary to have sakuga throughout season two as it's a lot more chilled back anyway

River

oh this way gives me so much more anxiety. i want to know where things stand so bad.

Reqorium

I'll laugh if it comes out 50-50 again

Charr

Watched and like both, JJK just fits the Fighto Friday slot better.

Zairaner
>>125596757

Why do you think he is advertizing for jjk voters to switch to re0?

Zairaner
>>125618011

Nice, then you can finally watch it together with teeaboo and right that wrong! Thanks for your vote.

Felipe Ramon Gama
>>125626260

Thanks for summarizing most of the comments here, lol It is impressive that someone as reasonable and open-minded as Tee can have so many weird rabid fans, though I guess it is just a vocal minority + the internet effect of a RE0 fan seeing a JJK fan shitting on RE0 (or vice-versa) and deciding to shit on the other show as a way of "payback". I refuse to believe the people here are this horrible normally.

RandomThorn

So I had a break over the holidays and come to find Re:zero is getting even closer to being watched, I literally never thought that it would happen so to get to a 50/50 is super meaningful to me... I just wish they both weren't year long investments. I like JJK a lot and normally wouldn't mind it winning but I worry that, in another year, Re:zero might not have another shot

AndreaLorenzi

For people complaining about JJK not been deep enough, he watched Demon Slayer and he enjoyed it, even loved it. So I don't see the problem, especially when JJK is better than DS in my book

TitanMachine
>>125942280

No need to worry Zachary. Re:Zero is getting a third season, which means it will stay relevant both as something the community as a whole wants him to watch and as something 'current' even a year from now. I am confident that even if this is not the time, Re:Zero is an inevitability.

Fusssel

And it still was almost a tie, only by three votes :D
