Do you want to stick to official apple hardware? If not, the world is your oyster… I literally just recently built the beast of a machine to do EVERYTHING. I built an UnRaid server that has MacOS VM, Windows VM, and other docker containers all running at the same time. I’m getting bare metal performance out of both VM’s and everything is working on MacOS besides anything that needs bluetooth as I didn’t put the bluetooth module in. If you are interested, or want to learn more, you know where to find me.
