So Extra Gaming is becoming Extra History and Extra Gaming is becoming a new channel? Why not just make Extra History a new channel? I'll keep watching both channels, but I'm wondering why all the shuffling about. Also, will this affect Patreon? I hope there will still be one Patreon for both.

Hi Jason! Patreon will stay exactly the same. Moving channel names around is more about keeping the bulk of the videos in one place. YouTube doesn’t have a great way to move videos right now, other than redownloading them.

Cullam

That Rockband video doesn't seem to appear for me.

Androclese

Same here; the "The Death of Rockband" is not up there.

Really looking forward to what you people are planning for the future! Just one quick question: will you also be splitting up the Nebula channel as well? I see some channels going way harder on splits there (see TLDR news, they have like 6 different channels or something) but I guess this would also create quite an overhead on your side...

It won't just yet. :) all will be available tomorrow! We're working with YouTube on a final few things.

Thank You! It will add a bit of extra work on our end but it's worth it! As for Nebula, that will not be broken up because each page is kind of already separated for people.

nmathew

Well, I'm subbed to both. I had some it right when I saw the video, I did have been in the first 100. As it is, a lowly 124th subscriber. If this works for you, great. As always, looking forward to your new content.

Kapis

Hi, will the change / split apply also here on Patreon? I am mostly focused on Extra History (for a long time, despite being new in subscription here :) ), but occasionally looking on other Extra(s) too and being curious, if support here on Pantheon will in that case mean one team-related or two channel-related subscriptions. Thanks.

Thanks, would be easier to support both at once. :)

Martin Verran

For a moment, I feared you meant you would be leaving the patreon realm entirely when I saw this.

Nice to meet the person behind the iconic narrator voice!
