Why am i so unlucky? Just why?

I won't be starting moving out tonight as planned...

I need something from my insurrance compagny , they refuse to give it to me because they want a contract from the landowner , and the landowner refuse to sign a contract until i get a certificate from my insurrance compagny.

I can't get A before getting B first ,and i can't get B because it requires A before and both refuses to do any kind of compromise so i'm stuck 😞😞😞
