A Combo for Two 🍰 (Patreon)

Anyone who knows Meg knows her appetite is way bigger than the average woman's. Biological factors like a fast metabolism and a super stretchy stomach mean her plate is usually bigger than most men's. 😋🍽️

At the bake shops in Worcester, Meg loves trying all kinds of sweets—from huge chocolate sundaes to massive cake combos. No matter what she eats, she always walks out completely satisfied, with her belly showing off just how healthy and well-fed she is. 🤭🍰

Meg’s belly has a serious habit of popping right out. Her natural waistline projects her stomach forward, so even the smallest snack makes her visibly bloated. But sometimes she genuinely doesn't realize that the combo she just ordered was actually meant for two people... and the result is right here: a massive cake food baby! 😄✨
