The City of Daireen (Public) (Patreon)

Hey everyone! Let me present to you the City of Daireen, the third map for the Ancient City-States theme.

Daireen is a large, prosperous port city in the Daira Bay. Many canals connect the streets and allow goods to be transported throughout the city. Countless merchants have settled in the city, and several guilds have been established.

Daireen was one of the northernmost cities of the Preic people. In that time, over a thousand years ago, the city was called Darokles. It was a small port city, and its old walls can still be distinguished from the newer walls. The old crooked canal still shows the extent of the old city.
