As a fellow PCOS haver, I get you. It feels like wading through the dark constantly, just not knowing how anything is supposed to work. We all find our own crazy life hacks for dealing with PCOS symptoms, but it's a process that also takes time. Taurine was a big help for me as it helps regulate your cycle and helps the liver detoxify estrogens. Take all the time you need to figure it out, all our bodies are different and respond to conditions differently 🥰
