I still don't know whether to do it as a very strong unit or as a miniboss

Could start as a boss encounter the first time you encounter it. Then after a while just as a strong enemy

I'm thinking of putting it in an event where there are 3 doors in the fortress where enemies are released until the moment where the barbarian dies. I'll do it like the old beat em up then. Start as a miniboss and then as a strong unit
