Crystal

I upgraded to master student one month ago but Procreate is now blocking my access to your content. It says I need to upgrade to access a tutorial I’ve been working on for a week. Do I need to upgrade monthly? Thought this was a subscription. I’ve tried logging out and back in. Did not work. Please help!

Hi Crystal, according to the system you don't have a subscription and never had one with this account. Please make sure you log in with the right email address. Perhaps your account was made with your Apple ID? I see an account for Crystal H***m that was created a month ago with an Apple ID, perhaps that's yours?
