t's time for a fresh new realism project and what better subject for summer than a bright, juicy glass of lemonade (or maybe orangeade)? In this video, we’ll go from rough sketch to painterly detail, using a fun and expressive technique in Procreate.

You’ll see my full process as I sketch directly from the photo reference, pick colors on the go, and build up texture and lighting step by step. We’ll play with brushes from the Flotastic set and explore ways to add depth and realism while keeping that painterly charm 😊

The color palette and reference photo we'll be using are attached to the post (as always, make sure to use a browser like Safari or Chrome when downloading, the Patreon app won't let you download attachments unfortunately).

I'm looking forward to seeing your results! Will you share them in the Flocreate Community? (JOIN HERE if you haven't already) Have fun!

Where can i get the flotastic brush set?

Ken Gowen

I joined you in Patreon but have found that some of the tutorials are locked. I thought my monthly membership covered all tutorials?

Super! Hier einmal ganz lieben Dank für Deine tollen Arbeiten!

Beau Monet

Curious about your Flo brush settings. I can't seem to get a crisp line edge or the same degree of saturation. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
