Alright everyone, I need your help. I have a lot of ideas for videos I want to make, but I can't decide which one to make first. So perhaps a poll can help me decide on my schedule. Next up will be a Skillshare class, which will actually launch today and after that I will upload a Patreon exclusive You Can Draw This. But what do you want after that?

No worries if your choice doesn't end up first, I will be creating all of these videos

Also feel free to give other suggestions of course and give hearts to the suggestions of other patrons that you like. I want to create the video tutorials that YOU want to see 😊

A rainy street scene is so fitting for this time of year! ♥️

LeBonesCreations

Rainy street I agree. Followed by the WC one. The other two are a bit out of my comfort zone but no time like the present to try something new and challenging.

Rainy street with the new watercolor brush would be great!

Patricia Krier

Hello Flo I would like to draw balloons or a glass effect or a transparent effect on clothes or objects again thank you very much for all your tutorials they are really 😊

Tommy Nagayama

Rainy scene is my favoite drawing theme!

Evelyn Blyth

Definitely a rainy street scene, this would be awesome

John P

Hi Flo could we do a high fantasy type story telling painting? Some idea - a dragon breathing fire on an army, a sorceress summoning up a powerful creature to help her, a dwarf deep in a mine who's just found a big shiny jewel. Something like that, a painting that shows a cool/epic scene? That would be great :D

Art with Flo

I would love to do that sometime, but it would also take loads of time, I can imagine spending over 10 hours on such a piece and that would mean about 30 hours of editing. So I would have to see how to manage something like that.

I feel the water colour brush video would be better to do around the time before they’re released into your store for everyone I’d love a rainy scene

Deborah Doss

My vote is a rainy day scene.

shay emanuela

Hi Flo, could you please do a small video tutorial on flowers with water color brushes. I mean fading ( bleeding) color effect. So it looks like real water color. Please.

Liz

Maybe a girl with an umbrella in the rainy street scene

Art with Flo

I'm not sure if I'll do flowers anytime soon, but I'll keep it in mind!

Liliana Martinho

I would love to see an underwater theme with corals and a mermaid one day :)

John P

Sure thing Flo thank you for considering the idea :) Whatever you come up with will be amazing I'm sure. And no rush, there's still so much to learn and do from your tutorials already!

Kathy Clark

I would love that! Maybe break the picture up into parts. An epic fantasy scene would be awesome!

Patty Greathouse

Hey Flo, how about a koi pond with a few koi? I bet that would be so cool- and serene 😉 thanks!

gordon thomas

I like all of the suggestions. So I’m not really any help at all

Betty Sadoway

I'm pretty new and just getting used to all of your brushes which are fantastic by the way, so I would really appreciate a tutorial on your brushes painting a portrait...since I am also a portrait artist. I just painted one of my portraits using your brushes last night and will post as soon as I think it is finished. I'm not sure if I should post it here on Patreon or elsewhere?

June Sigler

I learn something from every one of your tutorials but I feel like I lack some basic skills. Without going to art school, I can only pick up small pieces of what artists learned for their fundamentals. I was watching Bobbo Andonova on YouTube and she recommended Michael Hampton’s Figure Drawing. This is pretty advanced and I’m working my way through it. I do really well with your teaching style so I guess I would request a foundations type class: design, composition etc? I’m not sure this would interest anyone else as it’s not as “fun” as making a complete picture, but I thought I’d ask :)

Anneliese Patrick

a christmas scene!😍 and maybe an Italian landscape like Venice?☺️

Art with Flo

You can find some portrait videos in the tutorial overview. As for sharing you work, you can post it in the Community section here at Patreon or you can share it at Discord of course :)

Art with Flo

If you want to learn about composition, then you might like my YouTube video about the fundamentals of composition: https://youtu.be/VwUZ3PivD6I Marco Bucci also has some great videos at YouTube about art fundamentals, the 10 minutes to better painting is a great serie.

Elyssandariel

I would be happy with just a dragon or a mermaid

June Sigler

That video on composition is fantastic, Flo! I had no idea you even did that! Thanks for the tip on Marco Bucci!

June Sigler

@LauraHughes she’s hilarious! I’m interested in her stylized method of drawing people

Marie

I would love that too!

Art with Flo

Christmas themes tutorials are coming, no worries :)

Dennis Major

One 'category' that would be nice to add to portraits category is a full body or figure drawing - male and female.

Art with Flo

I don't do a lot of figure drawing, so I'm not sure if I'd be the best teacher when it comes to that subject to be honest

Dennis Major

OK - thanks Flo - if I can produce a decent figure drawing (big if :-) )I will post it here.
