Hi everyone! Patron PurpleMindStudios had this idea of sharing an overview file attached to video tutorials here at Patreon. My working file often contains 4 folders, with the 4 steps of the painting process. The overview file would show an overview of these 4 stages. It would be something like this...

That way you can easily look up the different stages and zoom in on the images. The file could either be a jpeg or pdf. Would this be something that you'd find helpful?

Flo, you go so above and beyond for your students that I hesitate to even mention my suggestion. To be clear, I’m not saying this is necessary at all; but, in my dream world, each of your tutorials would have very brief written steps saying which brushes you used at which stage and whether a new layer was created. I’ve summarized 1 or 2 of your videos for my own reference. Im happy to share those with you as an example. DM me if you’re interested. Perhaps you could recruit someone to do video summaries for you in exchange for a few months of free master level membership. (Not me, as I’ve barely even time to draw.) Just a thought!! ❤️❤️

I think the overview file would be useful too. I agree with all they above. You are a great teacher and I am so happy that you want to share your skills. I also summarized a couple of your videos for quick reference.

Anne's suggestion sounds like something I noticed Design Cuts is doing with their tutorials. It would be a good idea for those who are both visual and written learners. And having done the same as her, i.e. written out instructions for some of the videos just to have an idea of what to do when, I agree it is a lot of work. So getting an assist would save you taking on a lot more work.

I am new to Patreon, and it is more difficult to look back at prior posts here than on You Tube. A way to index your classes (other than meta tags) would be much appreciated!
