2022 PLANS & GOALS (Patreon)

The past weeks and months I have done a lot of reflecting, I have talked to a lot of people and had long talks with myself 😜 I became more and more aware that I needed to make some changes. That all started with our rebranding journey, it forced me to think about what I want to share with the world. What makes you happy and what makes me happy, I believe there needs to be a balance there. 

MY PASSION

What I'm most passionate about is helping others have fun creating, no matter their skill level. Helping people who have no experience at all to get started and create something that is fulfilling. Creating without big goals, but just for the fun of it. I want to continue building this lovely community together, where everyone should feel welcome and supported. 

Here's a little preview of the new branding, in case you're curious 😉 The launch of the new brand will happen soon! I'm super excited about it. Just looking at it makes me happy.

THE PLANS

More beginner level

In 2022 we'll focus on beginner to intermediate video tutorials, making the content more step by step and moving away from videos that are very long. We'll be hiring an extra editor so I can focus on creating the tutorials and don't need to edit myself anymore. 

Brush Packs

Hiring an editor and focusing on more easy step by step tutorials will enable be to spend more time on developing brush packs. I have some really nice ideas for future packs. I want to be able to share even more free brushes with patrons.

New Office

In March I'll finally be able to start working in my new office. I hope I'll be able to start doing live sessions. For instance we could do draw along sessions and casually chat while we are at it 😊 Or we can do some feedback sessions. Of course it'll be exclusively for patrons.

Personal Work

I'm hoping to find some more time to create some personal work in the coming year. I'd like to create something just for the fun of it every once in a while. I feel like I have lost that over the years

I feel like 2022 will be an amazing and probably very busy year, in which we will hopefully be able to grow our team and share lots of great stuff with you all. 

In the coming days I'll be taking it a bit easier though, due to a sudden passing of a family member yesterday. So I might be a bit slow to respond.
