Hi there. Can you help? Regardless of which file I choose it just stays on the importing logo when opening with procreate. I’ve tried opening it from my downloads folder too but it won’t open

Hello Flo, it unfortunately is saying this same thing for this video that it is in the other video. Both videos are asking for sign in to confirm I'm not a bot but with no option to sign in. I'm already signed into YouTube on my browser, and I don't have any trouble viewing other videos. I think maybe for the private videos new links might have to be uploaded ever so often and my that's why it isn't affecting all the videos. I did purchase the tree in a cave tutorial a while back which I know is also a private video, so I'll see if that link does the same thing or not

Hi Flo, I am new to procreate. I have been trying to download the steady lines and blending workbooks. When I press the files nothing happens. I’ve tried both large and small and tried both chrome and safari to no avail. I’m hoping you may have a suggestion. Many thanks.

If the files aren’t downloading when you press the links, here are a few suggestions that might help: - Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your connection is stable as larger files may take a moment to start downloading. - Clear Cache: Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies before attempting to download again. - Try a Different Device: If possible, try downloading the files on another device, such as a desktop or laptop, and then transfer them to your iPad via AirDrop, email, or cloud storage. - Use the Files App: Once downloaded, check the Files app on your iPad to locate the files. If none of these steps work, let me know, and I’ll do my best to assist further. I’m sure we’ll get it sorted out!

I love your workbook! However, I’ve never figured out how to get any ink or paint brush to react to pressure. The pencils react to pressure just fine. I’ve tried adjusting the pressure curve on brushes and the Procreate general settings but nothing ever changes with ink or paint brushes. I’m beginning to think my Apple pencil is not working correctly. Do you have any advice? My next step is to try get an Apple Store to check my pencil.

It indeed sounds like a technical issue with your Apple Pencil. Have you gone to the store yet?

Thank you for responding! I apologize for my late reply. I had to drive 4 hours to get to an Apple Store. (Luckily I had friends that I could visit in the same city. ) But yes they fixed it up for me!

Have you tried using a different browser yet? And did you pick the small version of the workbook? The other one is quite a big file so it can take a while to download

I downloaded the BLENDING workbook (which I had missed) through my browser but Procreate said the file was corrupted and couldn’t import it. Is there any other way I can get it as I can’t download it through Patreon?

so it took a bit to get the file to my iPad (for some reason it wouldn't open directly on the iPad). I downloaded it to my. Mac and airdropped it and that worked fine. I love the line work and the pressure sensitivity aspects of the exercises. Thank you so much Flo!!
