During this beginner level tutorial we will create a gooey text effect. I have added a special Goo brush to this post. Or you can download the little brush pack with all the brushes we will use during this tutorial. Once we have created our gooey text, I'll show you how you can easily change the color by using Gradient Map.

Have fun!

I have signed up to eager learner, but It is saying I do not have access?

Art with Flo

The Eager Learner tier gives access to tutorials of the current month and previous three months. This is an older tutorial, so it's not available to Eager Learners.

I did this I love the goo brush it’s so creamy! And thanks for teaching me about the liquify tool pinch and edge I didn’t know it was possible to do this in procreate! :) also I couldn’t resist I had to upgrade to highest tier xD

Shadow

Yes it's a really unique brush you don't see that everyday feels premium. Iv'e used it a bunch since yesterday.

I also have a question when it comes to your brushes. Theese brushes all of them from flotastic, illustration, basic, patreon exclusives. Flo freebies and all else if I have forgotten something I mean those too. Are they okay to use in our own work if we later are going to get paid for our work? I belive it's called comerial use? English is my second language. I wan't to maby try and start to sell my artwork. So i wanted to check if I could use theese brushes if I sell my artwork since I paid for patreon I tought maby I bought the brushes and the right to use them in commercial work? If I explain poorly please to tell me and I will try to clear things up. :)

Art with Flo

Sure! You can use them for whatever you like. As long as you don't re-sell them of course. But using them for commercial work is fine 👍🏻

So I may sell artwork made with the brushes but not sell the brushes themselves correct? (witch I wasn't planning on anyways ) so like i can paint a digital picture with the hrlp of your awesome brushes and sell the picture on lets say etsy for eexample? And I woudnt have to pay extra for that or get some kinda licens or stuff?

Shadow

Yes and I'm happy to be in the patreon family :)

Shadow

So if you could explain If I understood correctky that be nice :)

Art with Flo

Yes, you can make art using the brushes and sell it (I would never recommend Etsy though, they treat artists like shit)
