Happy Holidays! It's time for a Holiday themed tutorial. In this beginner level tutorial, we'll create a paper cutout fireplace 😃 And since this is the season of giving, this tutorial will also be available for Superfan patrons. Thank you for your support everyone!

The brushes, colors and photo used in this tutorial are attached to this post, make sure to use a browser and not the Patreon app when trying to download them.

You can find the font I used over HERE.

So I can’t download any of the color pallets even though I am I patron! Please fix this!

Please make sure to use a browser like Safari or Chrome, the Patreon app doesn't let you download attachments. (that's something I can't fix, since I don't own Patreon 😉)

I cannot download any brushes and swatches. I have been trying to do that for so many tutorials since more than a month. Please fix it. Thanks.

Art with Flo

What browser are you using? The Patreon app doesn't let you download attachments. For me Chrome always works perfectly and others have been using Safari with success as well. Just make sure you don't have a firewall blocking any downloads for instance.

Hi Flo, thanks for the quick reply. I am using Chrome and Safari, I don’t use the patreon app. I can download the files, but there are no importable files in the zipped folder. For the swatches, there are inly .json files. And the brush files contain only signature, author picture, shape, and brush archive files which I cannot import as brushes on procreate. Thanks,

Art with Flo

Please make sure to not unzip them, unzipping the files breaks them. The files are fine as they are and don't need any unzipping.

Ankita Vaishampayan

I found the problem. If anyone else faces the same, I wanna comment here to help others out :)

When I download the brushes and swatches, the browser renames the files as .zip, we need to rename it to .brushset and .swatches.

I’m sure you hear this all the time but, you are incredible. How you manage to create, edit, narrate and post your work is as amazing as the content itself. I can’t wait to try this, I have to admit I’m way behind due to some difficulties in my life but I plan on catching up real soon. Love you Flo, keep inspiring us as you do.

Happy Holidays. I’m having a hard time installing the swatches from Safari

Sofia Sanchez

Any suggestions to help? Thank you

Dara Tressler

What are your symptoms? Did you download to your files app and select share to Procreate?

Art with Flo

Thank you so much Miguel, that is really sweet. I'm happy to hear you are enjoying the content. I hope things will get better for you soon ❤️

Debbie F

I love your tutorials! Feeling better about my work😊. However I only see a wooden texture no brick picture? Thanks for all your hard work., I look forward to your tutorials!

Art with Flo

My mistake! That photo texture is for Friday's tutorial 😅 I'll fix it

Debbie F

Now I am excited to see what Friday will bring!

Sofia Sanchez

Hi. Yes I tried it that way. I’m having trouble with the Holiday Fireplace swatch

Dara Tressler

I would bring up Procreate and the Files app in a split view. In the Procreate app just bring up any procreate file and in the Files app navigate to where you downloaded the swatches. Just to make sure they are correct, check the extension on the swatch file, if they are not SWATCHES and are something like ZIP then they won't be recognized by Procreate. If you have iPadOS 16.1+ you are able to fix the extension to be SWATCHES...just do a rename and change the extension from ZIP or whatever to SWATCHES.

Dara Tressler

Also, if you have the correct extension, then you can select and drag the SWATCHES file from the Files app to Procreate. It should inport properly..

Loved this one! I'm spending my Christmas vacation catching up on tutorials. Thanks, Flo!
