The year has almost come to an end, so it's time to look back and look ahead! I try to improve and tweak the content that I make each year, analyzing results and listening to your wishes is an important part in that process. So I'm curious to hear your thoughts!

Which tutorials did you enjoy most this year? (please comment) And what type of tutorials do you like most? No worries, I won't pick the thing that gets the most votes and only do that type of tutorials in 2023, but it will give me some direction.

Also feel free to comment any other wishes you might have. Live Q&A or hangout sessions? More worksheets? Specific tutorial subjects? You want the tutorials to be long? Short?

I can't make all wishes come true, but of course I will do my best 😊 Also, I'll be reading ALL of your comments, but I might not be able to respond to all of them. Just know that I appreciate all of you and all of your comments ❤️

For each category in the poll I have added some examples:

Realism tutorials: Frog, Cocktail, light bulb

Stylised drawings: Galaxy Tea, Mermaid Cat, Retro Doodle

Fun Procreate techniques: Paper Cutout, Pen and Ink, Seamless Patterns

Fundamentals: Drawing a Face, Steady Lines (workbook), Sketching Class

Honestly I'd love to see a tutorial on how to draw anthropomorphic animals like from Zootopia, my friends kids are constantly asking me to draw them and I just suck at fir and such.

Lindsey Nolan

Love drawings like the snow globe with the cute animals! Dessert pics and holiday themed designs are always fun too! 🤗 Happy holidays, Flo!

Selvarajan Thangavel

I would love to see more portrait sketches & paintings along with cartoon character drawing tutorials.

Cassie

I love the stylized drawings, they’re so much fun. I also really enjoy the long tutorials as much as the short ones. I have so much fun learning new techniques or remembering old ones I’ve forgotten about. I love everything you do ❤️

Mistle

I love love love your tutorials on fundamentals, especially character drawing. It would be great to have more tutorials on rendering different body parts, i.e. hands, feet, torso, legs, … figure drawing in general. Apart from that I’m really enjoying your realism tutorials; I’ll slowly work my way through all of them. <3

Danielle Lima

I love them all, but really love the realism tutorials. Another thing I really love is doing the seamless patterns! All of your tutorials are amazing! Thanks for all your hard work!

Sarah

Realism tutorials are my favorite because they challenge my skills. I also enjoy stylised drawings!

Marika S

I know that my answer is very specific but my absolute favorite are the isometric drawings, I came to patreon after trying the neon room because I enjoyed it soooo much and I wanted to try the other ones. But beside that. I voted for stylised drawings because I enjoy the whimsical tutorials ^^

Kim Haddix

Well pooh I like them all so that's my answer all of them.

Melanie

I love the realism, it’s incredible how you make a drawing come to life!!!! Please do more

Inauen Josef

I love the variety of Flo‘s tutorials! I can learn something new in every tutorial or I get a repetition of some features in Procreate. I have really improved my drawing-skills by following Flo‘s tutorials. Most challenging are the Realism tutorials, which I prefere most. But the Fundamentals are essential and Easy and fun techniques just make me happy.😃 Way to go!

Beth Boutry

I’d like tutorials with images that show good light and shape to learn how to create space with colors.

Lorene

I like the silhouette landscapes

Hilary Garland

I love the multi-lesson tutorials with the advanced outcome. I also love photo manipulation! I’d love tutorials on how to use illustration with travel photos to make creative travel books. Example: using key photos and hand drawn fonts to explain where the photo is from. You’re the beautiful artist Flo I’m sure that creative mind of yours has tons of ideas! Thank you for these tutorials- they bring me such joy.

Thomas Kloos

Since I am just starting out, I like the beginner tutorials! I like that you have tutorials for beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced artists!

Lavender Morticia

I love the stylized tutorials they’re a lot of fun! Would love to see some tutorials featuring watercolor type art

Dustin McClain

I love so many of your tutorials, but some of my favorites include the realistic frog, isometric book room, the study desk, any of the kawaii, and the character drawing (part 1 & 2). I love learning how to draw “characters” and the worksheets are the best! My least favorite is the photo manipulations, I want to “mostly” create our own stuff, not change something else. Thank you again for the great content!

SixByNine

You’ve got such a big back catalogue of tutorials, for those who have access to them all, that I feel like anything new needs to be more advanced to help grow my skills. Not that simpler ones aren’t fun and a good stress reliever, but I’d prefer something with a challenge. What I’d like see regardless of level, is more of your exploratory lessons, where you are explaining why you are doing what you’re doing, more than a step-by-step, so we can understanding how the artist mind works, and learn the process to create something original ourselves, rather than just copy what you’ve done. Everyone is at different stages of their art journey though, and I love variety, do wouldn’t want to see the Mona Lisa every week. I also love stylised, but would like some advanced ones, and your watercolour building vignettes are a particular favourite style for me.

Quinn

Realism - intermediate/advanced tutorials 💞

Sarah Davey

I love more advanced animal tutorials - the snake and turtle ones were amazing!!

T

isometric!!!!!

Jaden Paradise

I long the really long isometric tutorials and long landscapes.

Beth Hendricks

I really loved your character tutorials, and your landscapes

Colleen Eilbert

I love it all. I can't pick. I just wish I had more time to get them all done!

May Z

Realism human portraits

Briana White

I really love the cute ones (cartoon frog), and anything with a Galaxy in it.

Bronte Pisz

they’re all so fun but my favs are landscapes and isometric 😊

Sharon Simonson

I love them all, especially the isometric ones ❣️❣️❣️🤭

SSE

All of them thought I look forward to the realism ones esp portraits and character ones. Also landscapes.

Ellie Hall

I love all the landscape tutorials and have been able to apply the skills and techniques used to my other works!!

Jamie ten Hove

Isometric, landscapes, and stylized illustrations are my favourites!

Sarah Nardo

I really enjoyed the ink bottle and isometric

Lorrie Meyercord

I really enjoy the realistic ones and the isometric ones as well. I’d love support around expressions and gestures with the face and body.

Nina Ricarda

I would like to know how to color the face with skin tone and highlight it.

Nini

I’m currently working on the isometric book room and I am obsessed!! I’d love more detailed isometric tutorials like this. I’d also like something more realistic, similar to that YouTube video you posted about your entire painting process but with more detail/steps ETA: I would also really love more animation tutorials, preferably in Procreate!

Neferko

I honestly love all of them, too! But to pick just one, I’d go with the stylised ones, especially kawaii style and isometric art!

Daniel

I enjoy the realistic tutorials and I'm actually taking another course on painting realistic in procreate and I love that course. But I also enjoy watching your procreate tutorials and would appreciate it if you could do some more realistic tutorials in 2023. I also enjoy the isometric tutorials too!

Barbara Crabb

I like all the tutorials as you you can learn so much from each. Even the things you are not sure about push your boundaries and there is so much to learn about using Procreate. My favourite is the stylised pictures. Thank you

JulieP

I'm learning Procreate and decided to use the Peachtober prompts and your tutorials to help me. I've just started Day 21 (Bun - am doing the Hamburger :o ) and am loving it. Your tutorials are all fantastic. Thank you so much Flo. I ticked "realism" because I had to pick one - but they are all so helpful.

Pamala

I am having difficulties choosing because I have enjoyedthe variety of the tutorials. They all have their strengths and teach procreate skills. I learned a lot from the workbooks and would love to see more of them, especially oneon utilizing masks. I loved the lettering tutorials, especially the multicolored brushes. I am astounded by your prolific production.

M.E.Barnes

Stylized is the most fun for me

Lori Glickman

I love them all! But I rreally, really like making stuff glow. 🙂

Liz Osborne

I’d also love to go further with the face portrait and learn how to colour it in. I also loved the forest scene you did a while ago. Of course the variety has been great though.

Auntie's Cakery

I'm with the others in learning how to make human faces! And fairies 🥰

Anneliese Patrick

I like realism and stylized tutorials the most. I liked all of the landscapes that we got to learn this year. I would like to learn how to do more portraits if possible :) thank you for all your hard work!

Bavarian Blackbear

I learn from each of them something different it is hard to pick one :) I think the vidoes kind of determines the length somethings take longer then others to teach so I wouldn't want you to limit yourself on making them all 15 min or less. Heck even when they are shorter I still take almost 2x as long as I have to go back and rewatch.

Staggering Chaos

I love the realism tutorials but I also wanted to give a shout out to the fundamentals!

Cameron Jamie

I love the realism tutorials because I find them the most challenging, but I also want to vote for all of them because they're so much fun!!

Deanna A Schwindt

I would like to see more tutorials with animals and learning how to make them look so real an life like with the hair and fur. That is my goal to learn. I am more into animals, especially farm animals. But I love your tutorials Flo. I have done several of them. I don't seem to have the confidence to do things on my own yet. I have never been an artist but I have to say my drawings look good thanks to you.

Erica Hays

The variety is excellent! I love that I can bounce around depending on my mood.

Art with Flo

That's definitely something that is on my to do list 👍🏻

Rozie

I'm new on Patreon but I love the realism and that's the main reason I'm here. Can't wait to start 💜
