To celebrate the upcoming holidays I have created a special Isometric Holiday brush pack! You can find a taster pack attached to this post, we'll be using it to create this lovely decorated room.

I have attached my lineart, the brush pack and the color palette to this post for you (as always, make sure to use a browser like Safari or Chrome when downloading, the Patreon app won't let you download attachments unfortunately). The wooden floor photo comes from Unsplash (LINK)

If you want the full Isometric Holiday Pack, you can find it HERE.

I'm looking forward to seeing your results! Will you share them in the Flocreate Community? (JOIN HERE if you haven't already) Have fun!

Canvas size: 3500 X 3500

Here's another fun isometric drawing tutorial. In this tutorial we will be using some of my new isometric holiday brushes!

Hi, just a quick question: In the beginning, when you position the objects you always show/tell which size the brush is but most of the times you adjust the size afterwards. So I was wondering, does the brush size make any difference?

Just finished watching the tutorial . Will do it tomorrow by playing the tutorial again . This way I hope to not make too many mistakes ! Also this was last video I watched for today before hitting the bed ! Can’t wait for tomorrow . Thank you for sharing season apt art !!

No, it really doesn't matter that much in this case, as long as the size isn't too big so the edges don't get cut off.

Sandra Hirsch

Thanks a lot for the quick answer :-)

The swatches and brushes don’t seem to want to open, do you have any suggestions?

Thank you for the tutorial. I’m wondering if it would be possible when you are doing the first drawing or in this case the first brush, that you could give us a size that the outline or first thing should be? I get messed up a lot because I don’t know the size and my stuff won’t come out right a lot of times. Does this make any sense?

Perhaps it's handy to make a screenshot of the end result, so you can use that as a reference?

Bonnie Traynor

That is the first thing that I usually do before I start. I just wondered if there was a way of doing that because so many times I just wind up putting in the wrong dimensions and don’t notice it until the end. Thank you though.

The canvas size is mentioned at the beginning of the video and in the post, so I'm not sure what you mean with putting the wrong dimensions? Also, make sure to zoom out often to keep an eye on the overall look of the artwork.

Bonnie Traynor

When things are being sized or how big the object it supposed to be on the actual canvas.

I can't think of another way then keeping the final piece at hand 🤔
