Play Meccha Chameleon Comedy Edition: The seeker doesn't shoot the hiders immediately because the hiders don't try to hide from the seeker, they try to either add something to the environment with their paint job (like a sign to the wall they're up against) or they create something (like a character) to make the seeker laugh. If they make the seeker laugh they get to go somewhere else and set up a new bit, the seeker has to give them at least 20 seconds. If they don't make the seeker laugh they get shot.
