I'm so excited that next up in the MCU adventure is another Iron Man already! I know we haven't met many of the superheroes yet (mostly just Hulk and Iron Man now lol), but Tony Stark's character is definitely one of my favorites. The lore that went into this second film is unlike any other that I've seen. Sometimes movie sequels just use the same elements, themes and punchlines and it becomes just a second version of the first one... But not this one. I was blown away by Iron Man 2 and absolutely loved it!Thank you for your support here on Patreon!Relax and enjoy 🍿🌿LINK: https://youtu.be/WFv73GZDDGII watched this on Disney Plus

Been looking forward to this one. My evening is sorted!

The Hulk not having another movie is mostly due to rights issues with the character and from the limited bit I’ve heard/read, the issue is in doing a standalone film with Hulk but Marvel films is good to utilize him as a supporting character. There are issues with other characters also as Marvel sold character rights to various companies when it was trying to stave off bankruptcy back in the day … hence Fox getting the X-Men, Sony owns Spider-Man, etc. etc. Sometimes companies will reach deals to license characters on a limited basis, and sometimes Disney will just buy Fox. 😀

And this, right here, is how Scarlett Johansson became my celebrity crush for my late teenage years LOL. But as an adult now, Pepper will always have my heart :) So excited to continue watching you dive deeper into this saga with all the backstories, lore, and how it's all intertwined together! I know you're going to love it The way you manifested Elon into this movie was amazing LOL. Your foreshadowing in both games and movies has always been so on point haha

the manifestation of Elon Musk was the weirdest moment for me in this one hahaha 🤣 and I totally understand the Scarlett Johansson crush! she's amazing

This is not the best of Phase 1-3... but it introduces Black Widow, one of my fave characters. Mickey Rourke was a Hollywood heart throb in his younger years before he lost his career over some bad choices. But then he came back in a few movies before landing this. He followed it up with an Oscar worthy performance in The Wrestler which you would adore. Also Angel Heart if you ever get the courage to watch it. When Tony creates the new element and simply states "that was easy", reminds me so much of my reaction in video games when I have spent 200 hrs trying to do something. In Hulk's lore Banner is actually schizophrenic. There are many many MANY different Hulks that have come and gone over the years. As far as Kali travelling, if you ever make it as far as the UK, you would be very welcome !

RDJ did essentially kick off the craze. I mean there were other Hulk movies and TV shows. In fact I realize now that you missed a few 'easter eggs' in the incredible hulk. Early on Bill Bixby is on TV, he played the role of David Banner in the TV (a bit of a controversial subject I might add, the claim is that some people Bruce sounded too gay, which back then was a touchy subject I guess), then after the hulk-out in Brazil just before we see Bruce sitting shirtless in the street (in Chiapas Mexico) there is a short 5 to 10 second cameo of the theme song of that show (a truly haunting number called The Lonely Man, written by Joe Harnell, an apt name for the song since that is exactly the feeling it evokes). Later on when Peter Norton goes to the University he presents the guard there with a pizza ... That guard is Lou Ferrigno, he played the Hulk persona in the TV show. No special effects back then, it was Lou in green paint :). Lastly (I might have missed a few easter eggs mind) at the end of the movie Peter gets the necklace back for Betty. The package is addressed to David B. a clear reference to David Banner. Though there are some other non TV show related easter eggs, for instance the Computer Nerd that got the second pizza ... we will see him again in Spiderman: Homecoming as a teacher :) You noticed some Stark, Shield/Nick Fury and Stan Lee references yourself but there is also the owner of the pizzeria who is in fact the man who voiced the Hulk in the 1966 animated series. What else, oh there is a Captain America picture in General Ross' office ... The stretchy purple pants worn by the Hulk in the comics is in it too of course. And one that few people perhaps know about, there is a deleted scene for this movie that shows Bruce going far up north and pulling out a gun with the intent of ending his life before the hulk intervenes and crushes the gun. An action that causes some of the rounds to go off and the glacier on which is standing to crumble ... In the pieces that break loose we see a frozen Captain America and his shield. As for the move to Mark Ruffalo: I will for ever wonder what Peter Norton would have done with the role, I guess my biggest gripe with the hulk after Norton is that no mention is ever made of Betsy, and as far as the Banner persona is concerned ... hard as they tried there simply is no character development. Question is if that is because of the writers not bothering with it, or the actor.
