There is a Bar-cade called Tappers in my city. Free play as long as you’re drinking. Pinball out the ass but you gotta pay for quarters to play them. Awesome place!

oh dang the ladders and sorta the general mechanics reminds me a bit of Wrecking Crew. I never played this game (Burger Time) but I played the HECK out of Wrecking Crew, the level editor especially (also revisit the game from time to time, Battle City also which also has a map editor).
