Charles Jakobsen

I don't mind them, but I don't seek out their music. Except The Grey Album by Danger Mouse, which mixed together Jay-Z's Black Album with the Beatles' White Album.

Erdem Dervish Ali

I love The Beatles. I listen to them all the time!

Joshua Levine

Yes, I grew up listening to them, my uncle and his best friend ran Beatles conventions here in CT, I actually got to meet Cynthia Lennon... Yeah, the Beatles rule!

Tiger Bauer

I'm a 38 year old white guy who likes music, of *course* I like The Beatles.

ZenithWorkshop

I love the Beatles, but specifically the second half of their career when the psychedelics kick in and they start getting real experimental in the recording studio. If I'm hitting up their discography, I tend to struggle with the first 5 albums outside of some of the hits, but once you hit Rubber Soul and especially Revolver, I'm in.

Mr_Moe

Beatles are played out. Like yea I know they’re hits and ear worms but it’s just pop music to me .

Lexi Harper

I really don't care for them. I heard my mom play them plenty growing up, but they just never got their hooks into me, it always felt very toothless.

Matty

I don't hate The Beatles, I just don't listen to them. I do respect their legacy, and what they did for music.

Steve

Not gonna lie, I listened to them but really got into them after Across the Universe came out in theaters

Steve

It's also in the age of radio where producers throw people off the air for cursing. So a lot of their "bite" is innuendos and metaphors. I guess that's why newer music feels less creative because there's only so many times "shock and awe" hits

Korbo

Yeah I don't like the beatles. The hits and the usual stuff just sounds very average, though it was absolutely not that way at the time and that was kind of a new sound, it's not just timeless music, to me. As for the more experimental stuff, it's the opposite of the experimental I like as well. It just doesn't do anything for me musically. Though there are a few songs that do tickle me a bit like Blackbird, but in general it's more "ok" than "i love it".

Michael Pearman

The Beatles are incedible and if you have like 8 hours to kill watch the Documentary on Disney+ PLEASE. When Paul like accidentally writes the melody for Get Back my mind was blown.

"That one, I think, is gonna devstate me and a portion of our audience." No kidding, man, breaks my heart. Love those guys. And absolutely no Ringo slander will be tolerated. That said, I like this QOTD. I think—by virtue of their relative ubiquity—The Beatles are fascinating as a kind of musical rorschach test. Basically everything that could be said about them, has been said—a while ago—and so whatever opinion you might have of them carries a kind of preconception. It's not actually determinate of anything; plenty of people with wildly different tastes like or dislike or are indifferent to the fab four. But whatever your opinion is on them, I'm always curious as to *why* you feel X way about their music and what songs in particular might've informed that. And as much I love 'em, they're not even close to my favorite band; it's just that their footprint on music history is always interesting to me.

MY pal, Stephen Daniels!

I love the Beatles. I’m 28 It’s because of my parents and herbs in college

Sam Leheny

I don't really like about the Beatles. That said, I APPRECIATE the Beatles.

Wandering Dom

I didn't grow up with the Beatles outside of hearing songs in passing or references in other media, so I don't dislike them. I just haven't built an appreciation over the years like others.

FrewForAll

I love the Beatles. Across the Universe is a fantastic musical.

Weather Report

I like the beatles. Little bit of taxman, little bit of sgt. pepper. I also want to pass on the message that there is currently a youtube channel remaking every beatles album in the mother 3 soundfont and it's pretty fucking incredible

reese

Oh yeah my favorite album is Everyday Chemistry
