QOTD: What are you expecting us to be mixing for? (e.g. Headshots or speakers)

I don't know if 10 arrows was worth it. Cell a fun time though

I think the mixing goal for content like this should generally be headphones. In my limited studio experience, I feel like speaker users would suffer less in this situation than the other way around. From my perspective the goal in the audio recording and mixing should be about putting the listener in the room with the bros. Obviously not like I'm sitting on the couch with voices hard panned, but basically I just want to hear what everyone in the room hears. That means if you guys are commenting on the game's music I want to be able to hear it too, if Ted is in the back doing something and he has to shout to talk to you guys I want to hear the natural room reverb of the distance to the mic. I think you guys do a pretty awesome job at this already so no complaints here. Although sometimes I wish video players would allow people to upload videos with multiple audio tracks that play concurrently and we can choose the mix ourselves and change it while it's playing, so you could have one track for game audio and one for voices and the user can change the mix on the fly. People with surround setups could put the tracks panned anywhere they like, say the game more upfront and the voices in the mid/back. Maybe an idea for a website dedicated to lets plays. Just a dream.

Most of the time, I watch on phone using speakers but occasionally the headphones get used. I've not observed audio issues either way. I appreciate the effort y'all put in thinking on these things
