During my vacation I wanted to get some confidence back with anatomy I felt I was rusty on, as well as relearn patience with sketching. I sketched a lot of things from memory, as well as referencing my own hands and feet. It's very rare that I sketch in an actual sketchbook these days, so it was a bit embarrassing how slow going it was... But I did feel like it was successful!

Those butts at the end in purple are actually from some months ago, but never uploaded to Patreon for some reason.

I heard there were butts so I showed up as fast as possible

It's cool to see the process of how you make these amazing characters

Dang even you are practicing anatomy...I have no excuse >_>

Dude; check out @oltlo (Orutoro) on Twitter. He does a lot of anatomy practice in good detail. Mostly female, but still. It's gotta be hard without refs but it's always good practice.

I'll check them out!

Practice shakes off the rust!

Kaizer

do you still do digitigrade? I miss when you did paws.

Pon's Pictures

WOOOO, GOOD PRACTICE!! Really like the butts~

Meesh

Because I feel I still have much to improve with plantigrade feet, I focus on them. I did more digitigrade back in the day because a lot of my commission clients preferred them. I'll keep digitigrade in mind in the future.

Practicing fundamentals stimulates growth and is a great warm up. Sometimes a practice sketch turns into a full drawing.

Your anatomy skills are excellent. ^^ I love seeing sketch pages like this too, they're so cool!
