I love these but do I really need to download another app? I would just like to buy the stl to print for Easter baskets

SEREV3d

We look forward to see the full team together!

If you are not a fan of Patreon, we always post our design a week later on serev3d.com :)

Nice model. But I don't see it in download board:(

SEREV3d

Hi Lukasz! Make sure to scroll down a bit on the Current download Links Board, it should be right below the text of "Click on the title with the stars⭐ to download the files." Let me know if you succeeded!

Łukasz Bryński

Still nothing:( I'm go to SEREV3D INFO and Download Links Board. First to download is candle, last pinguin couple. I'm buy subscribtion 2 days ago so i'm still new here :)

SEREV3d

Let me try to reupload the picture and the link, and see after you refresh the page if it will appear to you! Because you should have access to all the design links we place in the Download Links Board. I will go and ask on our Discord channel some of the other members, if they are able to see it or not. It could also be some weird issue with Patreon...I would not be surprised, the site seems like it's not always functioning a 100% 😅 But no worries, i'll make sure you'll be able to get the Bunny Dragon design to download!

Łukasz Bryński

Hey. It's all good now. It looks like a problem with the app. Only when I went to my account settings, my memberships and loaded your profile there, the download post updated. I had the same thing with another creator.

SEREV3d

This is not the first time i hear from someone that there's a problem with the Patreon app....haha I hope they will be better with fixing similar issues like this, because usually these things make if more difficult for the users and creators too!

when printing the rabbit head with no eyes the glass eyes don't sit flat

SEREV3d

If you can let me know some details about it we can help you with some troubleshooting. - Which version did you print from the bunny? (12mm craft eye, 8mm craft eye, no craft eye etc.) - what kind of glass eyes did you use, which brand? We tested and double checked all of the versions and sizes, the hollowed eyesockets should be all completely flat. If you want, you can email us at contactserev3d@gmail.com , and send a few pictures and videos showing what the issue is, and I think like that we can determine it better and help!

Frank & Carol Mitchell

12 mm craft eyes there was bumps in print like the original with eyes was duplicated and color removed from the eyes the glass eyes did not fit like this. I took a half inch drill bit and heated it up with a torch and pressed them flat for the five I made together the rest ill just add a negative 1/2 cylinder to eyes to fix this

SEREV3d

Which slicer do you use? When you slice the 12mm craft eye version, does it look like the one in this video? : https://imgur.com/a/hPuDPVD We added the negative part cylinders to hollow out the eyes for each size on separate plates, what you described sounds like the negative parts didn't hollow out the eyes in your slicer. Optionally, you can also use the .stl formats of the Dragon Bunny, we exported all the 3 different craft eye size versions into .stl as well. Also, make sure to check the Download Links Board often, because from time to time we add even more extra versions, or upgrades to the existing designs. For example yesterday we added a bigger and thicker ball joint for the Small Dragon Bunny, since that print is less than half the size of the original one, the ball joint for the head also becomes very tiny and more fragile. So with the new update, we made the head joint stronger and bigger for the small version too :)

Frank & Carol Mitchell

Bambu slicer It does not look like the video I use the 12mm craft eyes from all models mf3 and I'm still getting modeled eyes without color
