Practical Prints _ Erin

Ok we need to see more juggling!!! I love the Capsules bag charm options!! I have an old gumball machine that dispenses larger balls. I'm printing a capsule to see if it will fit! I may need to adjust a bit, but I believe they will no problem! I hope so! If they do... Between these and the farm animals... and hopefully more??? I can swap out and use as monthly promotions! I'm so excited! Thank you! :)

Oh there will be more without a doubt! Basically we'll provide a capsule for every single new flexi animal and character, it makes them so much more fun to collect, store or display, kind of like a little "Pokemon" 😊 The first experiments were actual ball-shaped, but after a few iterations we were thinking "wait, what if we make the top and the bottom flat as well", because then they work so nicely as a display piece! The little Pegasus Flexi is a perfect example, with the capsule basically it has its own little cloudy sky display piece. Because we did see a lot of designers making huge displays and additional elements for their flexis, which always looks really fun...but costs so much time and filament to print them, and I know a lot of people wouldn't want to waste so much filament only on a simple display. But like this, the capsules can work as a "mystery egg", container, display piece combo, and it's really small and quick print. The color palette always matches the actual flexi too, so you can even put them on the same plate and print the whole thing, to save filament when printing in multicolor.

Practical Prints _ Erin

I'm printing some sample eggs to see what size will work with my gumball machine (I'm thinking 95% will go easy as the egg is almost perfect size!) I love the big elaborate displays! I have a few from another designer that I print. You are right, the cost to print them, is not cheap. I hardly sell them and I've stopped making many. I typically do a display one 3x size and then print a regular size to offer for sale. Eggs are kind of the same thing. Most just cost too much, so I hardly sell them. I'm printing yours now and its very minimal filament! I absolutely LOVE this! Not only can I fit in my machine, but the egg IS a perfect display! Seriously, THANK YOU ALL so much! I swear you just know exactly what I need lol

cute model but my unicorn does not fit in the rainbow egg. printed without scaling and can't get them to fit.

Hi! Did you "crack" in the head, the tail and the legs to make them movable? With the movable tail and wiggly head/legs you should be able to fit the unicorn inside the egg easily, like it's show in our videos! 😊

Yeah, had to use a knife and clear out supports aound the neck. Tail is not breaking free without breaking though. But fits in egg now
